01. How long would it take to ship my order?
We ship all orders immediately when they are placed. How long it will take to get to you depends on your country and region but it should be within 4-5 working days.
02. Can I return or change my order?
Since we ship your orders immediately, you may not be able to change it once it’s placed. Nonetheless, you can return your order then place a different one or get a refund. Read our Sales and Return Policy for more.
03. What do I do when I receive a damaged item?
Oops! We apologize that your delivery was damaged. Kindly return the damaged order with a description on the damages caused and we will issue a full refund upon confirmation. Check our Sales and Return Policy to know more.
04. Why are some of my items missing?
We apologize that your items are missing but it’s nothing to worry about. Probably the items were shipped from different locations and they would arrive separately. Kindly check your email inbox (and spam) for the status of your order. If you do not receive any update within 7 days, please contact us.
